Life took me for a ride…
I saw a sparkling light in the sky..
in the dark mist I was in..
Out stretched hands felt the sensation..
I felt the light smiling at me..
My whole body was illuminated
I jumped in joy .. Alas!
Suddenly found darkness surrounding me
In the pain I realized…….
The shooting star was flying away….
I felt running behind it
With my outstretched hands
though it is fading away
I’ll run till the last drop of energy ooze out
Till the last breath escape from my burning heart
May be the mighty one will give me the speed of light
To fly with the star…
To merge with it…
And to burst in eternity !!
