Astral 09 started….

Astral 09 started here yesterday.Astral-09 inauguration was unique in the history of SBCE with the torch bearing procession starting from the Mechanical block.Our respected HR Prof.Thomas Mathew lighted the torch and passed it to the representative of Mechanical department.The torch reached the Main Programme coordinator of Astral 09 Mr.R.Krishnaraj after being carried by the representatives of each department(ME,EE,CE,BT,CS and EC)

The flames from the torch lighted the ashtamangalyam and our principal Dr.K.V purushothaman lighted the lamp using that…The HOD’s of every department were present at the function

Then everyone gathered in the auditorium for the inaugural ceremoney were the principal officially declared astral 09 intra events opened..

Thanks for posting the photos of ASTRAL-09 Intra Events inauguration day….
The organizers of this event under the umbrella of BUDS (BT) @ SBCE deserves an applause and appreciation for the demonstration of their enthusiasm away from academic arena for the betterment of creative minds…in my view it’s a kind of diversion from the academic isolation of the young minds and to bring them more vibrant in different field of creativeness….I wish all of you a great success of this event in all aspect…cheers….have a g8 time guys and girls…..
